Help me 'Adopt' young voters in swing states by Adam Stenftenagel

Hi Friends,

I've set a goal to raise money for the League of Young Voters "Adopt a Swing State" program. This is a terrific group that really can have an impact on the election. The League is mobilizing so-called "unlikely" young people who aren't reflected in the polls. These young voters in OH, PA, WI, FL, ME, and MN could literally change the outcome of the election.

Every $500 donated puts a canvasser on the ground in a swing state to identify, educate, register, contact, and turn out voters. That directly means more young people turning out to vote.

For instance, the League launched their early voting program in Ohio, to take advantage of the state's first-ever "golden week" when the early-voting period overlaps with the voter registration period. That means anyone can show up at the polls, register, and vote on the spot. So, the League is taking party vans full of young people to the polls, and racking up progressive votes in a crucial swing state.

Will you help me hit my goal? Everything helps!
