Lynn's Challenge Fund by Lynn McMullen
This specials fund is set up by me to
1) Raise money to travel and build momentun as the new ED.
2) Create a challenge to our Board and volunteer network to actively engage with fundraising in the next few months. Here is how this challenge fund works.
I am raising 20k. The last 10k of this money is already pledged, (YIPPEEE! for this generous friend) As soon as I recieve either donations or pledges to be paid by the close of the year totalling 10k this secret donor/friend will contribute her 10k to match it. And this entire amount of 20k is being offered as a challenge to the Board to give or raise an additional 20k to match your gift.
Also I will be inviting cities around the country to host small fundraising parties between now and the end of the year and continue asking until I have scheduled 20 events in honor of this original 20k and the Board's gifts as well.
