Tobacco is a Gate-way Drug. Tobacco control measures are the best tools for Health Promotion.Almost all Alcoholics are Smokers. Almost all Drug-abusers are either Smokers or Alcoholics. Almost all HIV/AIDS-carriers are either Smokers or Alcoholics or Drug-abusers. To put in a nutshell - Tobacco is the stepping stone to the world of Alcohol, Drugs and HIV/AIDS. Hence, for creating a HIV/AIDS-free World -- Creating a Tobacco-free Global Society should be be first-stepping-stone.It is my aim to initially sensitise a minimum of 10,000,000 Youths from all countries across the Globe and collect their "Signature-against-Tobacco", as a token moral commitment to be tobacco-free during their lifetime.
